Description

These are :iconrootrotthefirst: 's characters, Mel and Vuur (the fire cat). This is, I suppose, a "practice-run" for commissions in the future. As well as that, I was working on developing a more painterly style, and composition as a whole. I hope you like it ^_^

This took about 4 hours in Paint Tool SAI.

This looks really beautiful! I can see you've worked very very hard on the painting, but forgive me: my favorite thing's the color choice! I love the colors you've picked for the fire cat in contrast with the dark blues of the background and the guy's jacket. Beautifuly done!
